SPT·50 Privacy Policy
SPT·50 ("the app") is a license-plate spotting game published by Beekley Technology Solutions. This policy describes what the app collects and how it is used. The short version: we collect only what the game needs, we don't run ads or analytics, and we never sell or share your data.
What we collect
- Account. When you sign in with Apple we receive a unique user identifier, the name you choose to share, and your email address (or Apple's private relay address). Your display name is stored with your account so other players can see who you are.
- Game data. The games you create or join, their names, and the plates you spot (which state, by whom, and when).
- Push notifications. If you enable notifications, a device token used solely to deliver them.
What we don't do
No advertising, no third-party analytics, no tracking across apps or websites, and no selling or sharing of personal data. Your data is used only to run the game.
Where your data lives
Data is stored in Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Cloud Messaging), acting as a service provider on our behalf, on servers in the United States. See Firebase's privacy documentation.
What other players see
Members of a game you join can see your display name and the plates you spot in that game. Nothing is visible outside the games you belong to.
Retention and deletion
Your data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time in the app: My Games → Account → Delete Account. This removes your profile, sign-in, game memberships, and every plate you've spotted; games where you're the only player are deleted entirely. You can also email us to request deletion.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes
